Do not Buy Any Product from HOMESHOP18

Hello all,


I want to just make all online purchasers from this site, this Homeshop18 is one of the worst online shopping sites which I have seen, with such pathetic support.


I purchased this tablet and in Feb 2014 and Homeshop sent one but the courier guys did not deliver even after 10 days and he was just keeping at his end may be enjoying to use tablet. I thought it is some thing issue from the courier team, I ordered same tablet again and this time Homeshop18 sent a defective piece, which is not switching on and I spoke to Homeshop18 team the response was pathetic, they said they registered the complaint and courier guy will pick up the product but no one turned up and after a week I again called homeshop18 and they got surprised and saying did no one come for pickup? Then again they raised the complaint and said I need to wait 72 WORKING hours to come some one from courier and pick this up and then finally the 72 hours working days came up and one guy came and picked the product and later on with another 10 days follow up I got money back, I though given a chance some mistake somewhere so not to blame homeshop18, and I purchased one more item from homeshop18 then the product I received was defective which SIM slot was not working and I raised the complaint again and same drama started, as of now.


I raised customer care people raised 3 complaint numbers against my order and whenever I call they say we are escalating and you need to wait for 48 WORKING hours to see response till this day march 25th 2014 the same story running, Over all I want to say for online purchasing any product from Homeshop18 do not purchase, do not get attracted with TV shows and web displayed, all are on sencet. If anyone want to know more about this complaint I have all the evidence which they keep sending the SMS show which shows their support and service.


As they claim these are new products, I received 2 times with product of dated 2012 and who will give warranty for 2012 product, I agree one time is mistake and second time also mistake and which the product is not working properly.


Please do not buy any product from this homeshop18.
