Cancelled order after 17 days without apology

Regarding order: **915851845**, Support ticket: **74427525*


After 17 days of placing the order, I hear today that the order has been cancelled and that the are processing a refund. I think this situation is unacceptable at the least.


First, they take orders from the customers without keeping a stock. Then they keep asking you to wait for 17 days, before finally informing that the order is cancelled. And they do it without a hint of an apology or any regret whatsoever. When the customer seeks some sort of fair treatment, they readily accept their incompetence, when you seek to escalate the issue, none of their managers are free to listen to you. This is plain crap of the foulest order and I detest it!
