I am a regular customer of home shop 18 and the thing I like the most about it that there are no separate charges for different products. For example, you liked a product on some other website and you choose to buy it at that screen you will come to know rs 50 extra or rs 30 extra this is not the case with HS18.
Secondly the quality of product and the packaging in much better then other e commerce websites.
Thirdly, the customer service is good and they also have a toll free number so that you don’t have to spend money on phone calls to track your product status
