Someday ago my friend bought a t-shirt from this e-commerce website. At first, it took around 10 days for delivery. And after that what he found that the product was completely different as he ordered polo t-shirts but he got round neck t-shirt.
Even the color was same, but size was different.
So, immediately he called for return. It took 3 days for its return. 2 weeks were wasted in the whole thing. And he wants his money back and even that took 4-5 days! Worst service by homeshop 18. Even the worst delivery, with worse customer satisfaction!
