Pathetic services, product quality and customer care
These guys are actually befooling the people. I ordered a product from HS18 and it was a defective product with a poor quality of material which was not as claimed on their Channel. There were spots of colour in a utensil. On asking for a return the executive could not help out because of the companys pathetic return policy. I was asked by the company to pay excess courier charges of Rs.700 whereas the product itself costs only Rs1000.Appx.
These guys never cared to make a call that whether my issue has been resolved or not.Very poor services.
