I have placed 3 orders within the last year and 2 of them were cancelled after 2 weeks citing stock issues. Though both these items are still listed on the site and available if you are ready to pay the full price. I had applied a coupon which gave a discount of Rs. 500.
I don’t have an issue with a site cancelling an order provided they do it early and in writing. In both the above cases, I got just a call saying they are cancelling since the item is out of stock. The order is still active when I login to my account and even has a fake AWB number.
Just one question : If you are not willing to honour your coupons, why have them in the first place?
