Satish and Kalyan - two people set a standard for lies and false promises
I had seen a lot of reviews indicating the bad service from HomeTown, my time to experience it now and will be adding to the comments depending on how the next couple of days span out.
The enthusiasm of great customer service at the time of sale does not reflect after the sale is closed
Whenever I call the toll free number, they assure me of calling back with the details, which never happens. The salesman gives vague assurances
Sent a review to feedback to future group . that probably is in their junk folder
Yesterday also, I called up the Toll free number, and I was repeatedly assured that it will be delivered yesterday and I was told DEFINITELY . took half day leave and came home. No delivery .Today no DELIVERY . I am told maybe tomorrow . how sad that can be
This morning, I called up, said, they will get back to me . I had to change my travel plans as I wanted to be at home when the delivery is done
Now, I am not sure, what to do . this is pathetic. There may be a delay in delivery due to any reason, I would understand, what irks me is the indifference and false assurances. I am extremely disappointed with the services.
