I purchaged a leather sofaset(3 seater, 2 seater and 1 seater) from Fab. It costed me Rs. 85, 000.
Though it was little over my budget, I bought the sofaset thinking it’s a long term investment.
But just after 4 months of use, The fabric on the sofa pealed off and the it started looking so ugly, I had to move the sofaset to a different room from living room.
I have been contacting Fab from well over six months now with no resolution. In August 2014, They said they don’t have the fabric available and will contact me once they have the fabric in stock around November 2014. I contacted them in November and they said they will have the stock in January 2015. I contacted them in Feb 2015. They don’t even bother to reply my mails now.
Its the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.
I WILL NEVER BUY A PRODUCT FROM THESE CHEATERS AGAIN!
