I received mail regarding an offer on recliners, I visited website and I called there executive and confirmed everything about offer and product twice and ordered the product. I received the confirmation call and mail, they asked me for ID proof, I provided.
at the end of the day I received the mail that order is cancelled because product is out of stock. then I checked the website product was available but at different price then mailed again then the came up with new excuse that that was due to technical error and we are refunding your payment. no one even care and called from them.
I really got disappointed. as I wasted my entire day for the complete process and result was sorry. that is not acceptable.
I even mailed to their founder and co founder even they dont care.
