Having placed order for a shelf 20 days back, the product had reached my city 5 days back.
Blue Dart contacted me & wanted me to pay octroi charges, I got in touch with Fab Furnish customer support & I was told that they will be able to sort this out and I need not pay any additional charges, but this would cause a max of 48 hours delay in the delivery of my product.
Since then I have been waiting for the product to be delivered to my house & whenever I call customer support service I get a 48 hours deadline from them which has not been fulfilled yet! Customer support people very boldly tell me that they are not going to hold any responsibility as the product was promised within 25 days & there is still time, even though the product is lying with the courier service in my city.
I think people should consider options like Pepperfry & Urban Ladder for ordering furnitures & home ware, rather than going for Fab Furnish
I will definitely look for other options from next time & make sure my family, friends & colleagues do the same & never have to undergo the harassment that FabFurnish has made me go through!
