I ordered "Dining Table set". and 2 glassware item on 1st week of October. Before placing order I checked with customer care about delivery; I got the response that it will be dispatched locally from Bangalore; since the delivery address is Bangalore and they promised that it will be delivered much quickly as they have warehouse/branch in Bangalore as well.
I got delivery after 11 days, well, no problem but no information about tracking. Customer care says they have dispatched it from Gurgaon office. But they are not able to provide the tracking number. Till now, I have no idea where is my another glassware item.
Return policy for furniture is nonsense; I got the response that I cannot return or cancel the furniture items even though it was not shipped.
By reading reviews; I feel Fabfurnish may have good service in Delhi, Gurgaon region. But it is NOT at all good for other parts of India, not even in Bangalore.
Delayed shipping & No tracking information.
Product is not very perfect. Chair legs are not uniform & shakes.
Quality is ok.. not great. Nothing to appreciate with this price.
They charge extra for fitting - This is NOT mentioned by them while placing order.
