Worst Experience and Stupid customer service

I had ordered a sofa through fabfurnish.com and quality of delivery and service from customer service center is really pathetic. My product is yet to be delivered after 3 days of it being out for delivery. The customer service executives are as dumb as you can ever interact. There is no resolution to any query that you raise and the only response you ever get is a "We will contact you shortly".

Never ordering anything from fabfurnish ever again and would suggest others as well to be careful.
