Misleading and Scant Respect for customer time.

I placed an order in June for a cloth hanger which was shipped in disassembled form.


I got an SMS asking me to get in touch for installation.


I got a call from a service representative who found that it is not furniture and hence he is not able to install. He would inform the concerned authorities.


Nothing happened. I called customer service again yesterday and I was told that someone will contact the same day and setup the time for installation. Nothing happened.


I called today and they are telling me that it is self installation.


The SMS is auto generated. This did not happen with many of the items I bought with Fabfurnish. They are playing the fool.


Overall, I had to wait for 2 weeks for getting a stupid answer.


Next time you order anything with them, just be careful.
