Nightmare of an experience at fabfurnish.com.

Would like to apprise you of my worst ever online shopping experience and it was on your website- fabfurish.com


I ordered ’lock and lock 5 piece meal kit’ on 14 March (order number- 200919155). After quite a few follow ups and communication with the customer care team my product was finally shipped on 18 March. I received it today and to my awe I got something called FC knives in the parcel(picture attached).


This is simply the worst experience I have had while shopping online till date. I usually shop on Flipkart and stay away from lesser known websites like yours however it must have been a bad day when I decided to go ahead and make a purchase with you. After all, any Tom Dick or harry cannot run an e-commerce website successfully, proven!


Finally, I have made a call to your ’so called’ customer care (who work only between 10 and 7- wow, what a life! even government employees would be jealous of you!) to arrange a refund of my money and have been asked to wait to receive a call back.


Note- Kindly take back this junk that you have sent me and return the amount I paid before I loose my cool and make this experience of mine public.
