Nothing Fab about FabFurnish.com

I ordered a Sofa set through Fabfurnish vide order No. 200365441. I received the delivery well in time and the item was well packaged.


Now about the product


I had ordered an L shape Bremen Sofa and the sofa was supposed to have hard wood framing and Hardwood Legs. And sofa was supposed to be in assembled condition.


I as soon as I opened the packaging, I found out SOFA didnt had any legs. When I called about the issue to their customer care, they told me to wait for 2-3 days and issue will be sorted out.


After 2-3 days, I was told that legs of the SOFA were stored in concealed pockets underneath the SOFA itself. And when I opened the pockets, I was shocked to see that the legs of the SOFA were of plastic (hardwood promised)


Since then I have been taking up the matter with them, even after a week, there has not been any resolution. I have been thoroughly disappointed with the experience I have had with Fabfurnish.
