I have purchased many product using fabfurnish.com. Their products are great with great price. Above all my all praises to their customer care executives.
I many times I regret ordering their due to their logistics partners. Recently I ordered a mattress which they sent through Fedex. After few days when checked online it showed that the product has reach my city. So I called FedEx to deliver the product at the earliest as their is no point to keep it in their warehouse and wait till the expected delivery date.
Also I was not having a spare mattress. Initially the FedEx person told his supervisor that he tried calling my number but it was switched off. Then the supervisor called me and clarified the same. I told him very clearly that my number is very well active. Then he apologized and then promised me the next day delivery. To my surprise the same day evening one person called me and told that he is on the way to deliver the mattress. I became more happy. But once the person reached my house I noticed only the driver has come and not any other accompanying person. So I called the supervisor.
The supervisor told me that "Since you were in need to mattress I thought of helping you and there were no other member so sent the driver alone. Please adjust. It is just 60 Kgs and you arrange your watch man or yourself to lift it to 2nd floor. After lot of argument, me, my sister and that driver carried the mattress all the way to second floor.
It was very disappointing.
