I have been riding Scooty PEP since years and having average experience with it. The thing I like is its light weight which I required.
Fuel consumption and mileage is also not too bad. Price range is also in budget. Its easy to ride, light weight, speed is also good.
Some problems are like battery get discharged often if left for few days. I can say it can be ideal for young girls.It can give consistent service if maintained properly.
