Hi friends, I’m Milan. I have bought the Honda Activa 3G 20 days ago. I crossed 300 km without facing any issues. In this review I’m gonna share my short time experience with this brand new scooter to you.
STYLE AND DESIGN: Overall design of Activa 3G is a bit bland. Style is just simple. Bolder tail lamp gives the rear unit nice looks. But the front look is dull. It is to please mature user. But, for young generation it is not so attractive in my opinion.
PERFORMANCE: The Honda Activa 3G is a peppy scooter and has a good acceleration.The scooter behaves like normal at speeds around 60kmph but feels strained once the speed reaches to 70kmph. Engine performance is brilliant. Braking is done via drum brake at front and rear. The drum brake setup do a good job in shedding speeds. Fuel efficiency is one aspect where Activa 3G has improved vastly than other scooters with the help of technology. Talking about mileage, the scooter gives an overall figure of 55 kmpl which is impressive. Switch gear quality is average while the overall build quality of the scooter is good.
COMFORT: Riding posture on the Honda Activa 3G is upright and comfortable with decent footboard space. Pillion comfort is also nice owing to the aptly cushioned seats. Under seat storage is average as I could manage to fit only a half face helmet.
Overall, the brilliant refined engine, impressive fuel efficiency, and nimble handling make it a great option to a city commuter.
