Honda Activa 3G

I have honda activa 3g . I have buyed scooty for good mileage but I dont get a good mileage from the latest model but my friend have the 2012 model activa it gives good mileage then latest once . But the latest once have few good thing like looks finishing and new colour like dark blue but whatever we buy scooty for good mileage and that only it not gives then whats the benefit . I have given 3 for only colour and finishing . thankyou .
