My brother has bought the new Activa 4G for 65, 000 on road price in Raipur. It is a reliable scooter. The engine doesn’t require much maintainance and will work for years without issue. But the problem with the Honda Activa is that it is still using old technology and hasn’t upgraded in years.
As Honda has its consumer base, it doesn’t provide latest technology and features for its price whereas the competition like the TVS Jupiter, maestro provides latest features.
Cons of activa:
Old technology suspension. Doesn’t have telescopic suspension.
Doesn’t have alloy wheels.
Doesn’t provide disc brake variant.
Doesn’t have pass light swith.
Doesn’t have external fuel filler.
Age old design.
Pros:
Reliable and smooth engine.
Good service and availability of parts.
