Just bought this new black Honda Activa on 1st December 2009. I had a Fazer before that. Now I glad about my decision. Activa provides me the Hassell free drifting from Vashi to Andheri via POWAI! No-need-to-mention the traffic I face everyday. under the usual circumstances before I had bought the Activa; It used to take a toll mentally and physically post my journey. but its much easier afterwards. The moment I planned to buy activa, I had thoughts about it being girly, gearless etc. But its much more than that, Its got power, smoothness and easily criss-crosses in the traffic(Which is very essential factor for surpassing the traffic). I really think its a beyond’In City Ride’.
Bikes are the best, but its the traffic that makes the entire difference. Shifting gears every now and then, bumper-to-bumper traffic makes only the left lane accessible and we also have the Great Auto Drivers with an unacceptable Large Backside and Small room to indicate Left / Right sudden turns that they make!
Activa - Is the answer for all this.
I have ridden Pulsar 220, Karizma but the Traffic only kills the thrills and beats with uncomfortability again & again. One may wonder why only Activa? Why not any other Gearless?
Activa, is exceptional, Its sheer powerfull pickup makes me stay ahead with any other Pulsar after the signal is green, when its clear road ahead. In the cases where its Green to Red Signal, even Pulsar faces the hic-ups with gear shifting, and Activa glides you through. Its Power with Sticking on road capability. Plus the engine is soo smooth. No Vibration, or Shakyness makes you get off yet Fresh!
All thumbs up for Activa. Honda has done it yet again!(For me atleast).
