I have been using it since 6 years and I am aware of the vehicle since I have been using it.Not at all comfortable. You get frequent backaches. Low mileage and a very very bad suspension.
Never expected Honda to Release a vehicle which such bad suspension.It is as good as travelling in a Bullock cart.The service is not that great. No fun in riding and too much vibration in Low speed.
My Verdict: Just do not go for it.You will be disappointed if you buy one.
