After test riding all its peer in its class I found best engine refinement and couldnt pin point any problem at first impression.
OK fuel economy; excellent fit & finish with engine refinement - no other vehicle in its class comes even closer to it, till date; maintenance free; very rugged with good ground clearance; very good at gradient climbing when compared to its peer going rickety clickety clank!! Manages to please you in most department very gracefully; Front shock absorbers could have being made more rugged though best among its peer.
Till date 22000 Kms; 2 years of driving; visited most of the location viz. Nasik, Pune, Rewdanda and places not meant for 2-wheelers; Never given fuel ecomomy below 42 and above 54 Km / litre of petrol; averaging daily 30 Km of running though of late for past six months doing 65 Kms /day; No maintenance till date, not even a bulb; No starting problems till date; The worst part is the service dealers who is adventurous to try out experiments on your Activa at your cost though, here if you are not cut above average you will complaint a lot and it is here where Honda takes the beating.
By its graceful stance and handling capacity it may please most homo sapiens but may make riding, especially slow city traffic riding for females a wee bit difficult. If you are looking for a good overall performance with not much fuel economy (45 to 48 Kms / litre of petrol) clubbed with hassle free performance - this is it. Leagues ahead of all its peer - Nova included. Just try Nova & Activa Double seated on any ghats (gradients) with pillion and you will know what I mean!! Activa simply never lets your confidence down!!
