Honda 2 wheelers are good products, but the after sale service is horrible. Very recently their sales have dipped because of Service Problem. Any Service Center you visit, during the free services the technicians do nothing more than just washing the vehicle. Yes! they also swap parts from new vehicles to old ones. This is an open truth. If u care for ur vehicle and ur pocket, Do the servicing outside. You will get better result.
There are few service Centers in Bangalore which makes sure that the Customer comes back with a problem after a month or so and then they start making money. If you are wondering how I came to know all this, Well I have collected more than 72 customer data and also have befriend two tech from two different SC to get this info.
