I wanted to know more about Honda Activa
1) Does any one owning Honda Activa has starting problems?
2)Why does scooters have Starting Problems? What is the work around for this problem?
3) What are the main causes for Starting Problems?
Btw, I own a Hero Honda Splendor for the last 7 years and it is a touchwood byke.
Excellent byke interns of reliability, mileage, maintenance and comfort.
Why Scooters can’t match this sort of quality benchmarks set by bykes?
I bought a Honda Activa 2 days back after thorough reviews of Kinetic Sym Flyte, Access etc.
So I cannot comment on it for the next six months.
I chose the safe option of activa after discussing with couple of my friends, who owns it.
Kinetic Sym Flyte is trendy and loaded with features, But I am sceptical about the service and the market share.Kinetic showrooms in bangalore looks deserted as compared to Honda counter parts.(This can have an influence on the customer !!)
Also the petrol tank opener looks flimsy, not sure whether it will last for years.After the break up of Kinetic Honda, there was not one product from Kinetic that was a success.
Access also looks good and sturdy but the delivery period is about 2 months, which I cannot afford to.I think this scooter is going to be a hit in the long run giving activa a run for its money.
Never considered Bajaj because I am already a suffering customer having a Bajaj Spirit which is a total waste .
