This is pure example of poor salesman ship and bad attitude towards clients.I booked activa on Friday (on finance from HDFC), based on our talk with the sales guy. he told us that this should not take more than 3 days and you will have the activa by Tuesday. (I still presumed that it should at least take 5 days to process everything but the guy was in urge of selling the item without thinking on commitment) Loan was approved on monday everything was done now on Wednesday I went to dealer and asked him that I am here to pay the down payment and how soon you can process my request for early delivery.
At this time he was telling me the entire process of loan and the disbursement and everything that he should have done on Friday. (we wouldn’t have turned up there with the expectations). Well leave it when I told him that he only told us that it shouldn’t take more than 3 days and now he was asking for 5 more days. It would have been good if the guy would have told me that it is going to take a year or so doesnt matter. Leave everythingthe (Sales)guys attitude was so bad as if he was doing a favor for me (rather than apologizing) and started annoying me had several calls with his seniors but I had to finally cancel the booking from the Satara Road Dealer due to their respect and went to another dealer near Kothrud depo, lets see what happens there…will keep this posted.
