One of my colleague asked me about newly launched Honda Amaze in April as he was going to buy a sedan. generally I am a auto enthusiastic and whoever in my office need any info about cars, they come to me. I referred him the test drive review of Amaze at https://bit.ly/1bFvb7B.
After reading this review he decided to buy amaze and requested me to go with him to book a Amaze. He got his car in may-13. So it is almost 6 months he is using it. When I asked him how your Amaze is doing, he told me his experience. In 6 months he has done 15000+ km and is satisfied with his car. I have also went on few trips with him on his amaze. The car is spacious inside even it is within 4 meter. The interior is almost Brio. The rear row has good legroom and and also have hand rest with cup holders.
When I drove the car, control is very good even @ 140 kmph speed on highway. pick-up and power is superb and not to mention the mileage. My colleague told me that in city he gets around 15-16 kmpl with ac on always. what I found Amaze is lacking is good rear view and auto lock as auto lock is very important if you have kids n they r at rear seat. I would not tell anything the looks of amaze. in my opinion I think it is second only to Hyundai Verna.
What I found is the after sales and dealer service is good although it depend on dealer to dealer, but what amazed me is if you put your grievances on Honda India’s Facebook page, they respond to you and take up the matter in no time. Overall I will say its a good product from Honda and one can see from their monthly sales figures for this car.
