The company should give sale dealer seperatly service dealer seperatly. Yearly the company should come for scuad whether the service is good or not. The feedback should get it from customer directly by company staff. It should not be paper. It should be online. Once give the feedback by them in online infront of the company scoud immediately reach to the company compliant department. Service dealer should not be the same sales dealer or them sister concern.
