I got my Unicorn Dazzler this Monday Evening and drove about 150 kms. till now. Its just awesome. A person whos driving 100 CC bikes from last 5 years will not be able to familiar a 150 CC heavy bike very easily. But this thing I was familiar within first time I sit on it, like I am driving this bike for years.I am not driving it above 50kmph yet but I must tell you will not feel when it crosses 60 easily within 4500 RPM. Tubeless tyres are giving tremendous control to the rider. Gears are butter smooth. Digital Meter is attractive and easily in view while driving.
Brakes oops I stopped. Front disc is as expected very very good and rear brake is also very good and efficient to stop the bike without the fear of skidding. Never drove a bike with disc brake before, and I wasnt feeling any problem or fear to use these brakes when I use once or twice at my first day. Now within 20 kms. I learnt very firmly to use these brakes to stop my bike without skidding or screeching. Fuel efficiency is the thing I am also waiting for results. But I feel its giving 50 KMPL in city without any services done yet.
Headlights. Good. At low beam or at high beam it quite clear and visible everywhere it goes. Start up in the morning. Here I have to wait for the bike to warm up using choke for 10-15 seconds. After that slow run for at least 3-5 kms. and viola, the bike ready to go with ease. Light weight (138 KG) is a big help for mileage and ride control in this bike. Running at 50 and I was taking very sharp corner. In heavy traffic I was able to drive my bike and taking cuts between the vehicles standing without touching the road with my foots. Reliability. Honda. Do I have to say anything else. I have never use Honda bikes before but 60% of my friends are using Honda bikes and they are very happy with performance, reliability and products quality of Honda and Honda bikes. Thats what grab me to Honda after using the worst Bajaj bikes.
But personal choice is every thing. Go for yourself, test drive the bike, if you feel something better in it grab the bike. Else choice is yours after all money is yours.
