Today I took test drive of dazzler, hunk $ FZ-S
DAZZLER- for those who want quality with economy too
HUNK- just ok, for those who have craze for hero Honda only
FZ- for those who want only quality with lots of style and don’t care about economy
Now I m just giving a quick look at all of them
I live in lucknow, at first I went at Honda showroom
DAZZLER
Before this bike I have ridden only one 150cc bike that is extreme & pulsar that too below 60.
In past I was driving only 100 & 125 cc bikes
When I started dazzler, at the very same moment I felt its smoothness
Little bit road near the showroom was jammed in traffic, bike did well in cutting the traffic
After 100 or 200 m I entered in VIP road (neheriya VIP road). Road is for high speed traffic
Now I accelerated it. Wow!!!!!!!!!! What an acceleration……… amazing…
I didn’t heard ne sound till fifty sooooooooooooooo smooth
After 50 & 60 sound increased little bit (but that was nothing infront of hunk, after ridding hunk I realised that, dazzler was very very very……………………………… less noisy)
But I didn’t felt any vibration in dazzler
When I was around 60 I experienced some power loss (very negligible), may be bike was cold and fuel was about to finish, and it was a trial bike which required to be serviced (is this normal under these conditions????)
When I was at abot 85 I applied both brakes very hardly, bike stopped in very less space but back tyre skid not less but not so more that I can fall.
Once again I accelerated till 90, before taking U turn I stopped it very gradually and decently, now it didn’t skid
I turned it, now I was going to drive it just for speed
I started accelerating it may be I gave it early gear that’s why I was able to take it till 100 to 105 kmph only.
But at 100 kmph bike was highly smooth, very little noise when compared to others, rarely any vibrations I didn’t felt any of them, rock solid and at the same time very easy to handle, flowing like water (which I never felt in hunk.
In hunk cutting and turning at 100kmph was so difficult, bike was so stiff and I was very nervous to change its direction while cutting in traffic. May be due to I was driving hunk for the first time, but I was driving dazzler also for the first time but it was very very easy task for dazzler.
Dazzler will make u comfortable itself. While in hunk you will have to practice it for some time. But I was feeling that if I will turn hunk at 100kmph then bike will fell, so I was applying brakes at every turn in hunk unlike dazzler).
I was cutting the other cars on the road very efficiently with out any brakes, though I was at 100kmph, I was little nervous, I was driving dazzler for the first time, but it was DAZZLER who kept me so calm and confident even at 100kmph in moderate traffic.
There is a little curve on the road and I very confidently turned it. When I was again in the city traffic I applied gradual brakes,
Gears are too smooth, I think it is the smoothest in its class even smoother than FZ
(I HAVE NOT DRIVEN CB UNICORN so cant say about that)
But when I was going to put it in first gear then I had to make much effort to apply first gear while reducing or stopping this bike (can any one say about it??? Is it also normal?)
But on whole I am a big fan of this bike, cant explain. Just take a test ride of it then only u will come to know that what it is.
Cant say any thing about only self start, if there will be any problem in it so we can push the bike and satar it.and once it is warmed up it will be ok for the whole day.
And at last even human body needs regular maintenance so it is just a machine, just treat it as ur body part and then ur bike will never let u down, in this condition even pulsar will be reliable for a very long time, than why not Honda? After all its Honda..
Though it is not so stylish for some persons, but this choice changes from person to person.
It is a choice of a technical person.who want combination of power and economy too.
But than too I cant say any thing about its mileage as till now I am not an owner of it
I just took a test drive of it that too for about 5 km.
But m going to purchase it. I will order it for white colour.
Bike is really awesome, I would say that you can go for it.
Abot hunk and Fz I will tell you later as I am not so good typer and my hands are paining. I have my match tomorrow so I have too wake early.
