Have checked out the new City. The exteriors look extremely good, especially the front.
Tyre front grille looks awesome. But the entire excitement goes for a toss once you step inside. The seating is low, the interiors lack finishing, and look cheap and plasticy.
Further the car does not have automatic AC and leather seating. The so called ’new age music system’ is fine but feel the lack of CD player is quite irritating. The absence of alloys in a 9 lac car is a big let down. Can’t believe that suddenly cost cutting has become so important for Honda.
Seriously think that the current price is too high as the new City doesn’t even match the standards of luxury and comfort set by the Old City.
What were the HONDA guys thinking? Why not buy the SX4 which is clearly more feature-loaded?
Needless to mention Maruti’s low cost of maintenance and after sales service.
