I have been turely a fan of Honda cars and recently have purchased Black Civic as its been one of my dream car I could afford!!
But recently to my shock just five days back I was driving in a very rainy day in the night and my car got into a large ditch and both of my left tyres got bursted. The front left tyre is not even in the position to be repaired but somehow I could get a tube placed in the rear one and front changed with the steppeny, I reached home at 1am in the night. I had this worst nightmare of any car I had in my life.
Now I need opinion of the members if I can claim those tyres as the car is not even one month old. I was not driving at very high speed as well, it must be around 70-75kmh.
I am surprised how can such an expensive and high standard vehicle didn’t have good tyres? I don’t know if this has happened because of poor tubeless tyres as this is the first vehicle I am having with tubeless tyres. I am filtering our if I can sue the Car company or the Tyre company? I am confused. Appreciate if any suggestions come in this regard.
