I bought this scooter (my Dio) on 26th sept 2007, from the time I took the Test ride at Sterling Honda in pune I fell in love with it. I had thought of buying a Honda Shine earlier but I have a steel plate in my right leg (met with an accident in 2005, oh its a long story) so all my well wishers suggested me to go for a Auto start scooter. But guys I’m very stubborn and was firm at my decision of buying a bike, still I thought of taking a Test ride of Honda Dio. Trust me Guys one Test ride and I fell in love with DIO andI made my mind to go for** it.
*I work In a KPO and I am prone to Night Shifts. I travel 26 kms everday and while returning home from work usally at mignights, I dont even realize when my Dio gets me back . Lets talk about its cosistency, Dio gives me average of 50 km/lt (company promises 45 ) but I ride within 40-50 speed. One thing that lacks in this Machine is comfortable seating, you can have a backache after continously riding it for hours. Last but not the least I dont even like positioning of the headlight its not on the handle and often the light is not focused in the proper direction.
Its very stylish scooter and now available in Dual colours, people cannot stop turning their heads, when your riding this Airodynamic Dream machine. Treat your vechile like your second wife and regularly service it, to get better results.
More or less this Scooter promises a long way to go, you can always trust Honda for it.
