Hi, I got my dio november last year. Initially it gave average of 47 kmpl on highway during the run in period. but it never improved. Now I get 36 kmpl city average. After second servicing she started giving problem of strong shaking of front side during acceleration from zero or very low speeds.
Another problem is that engine does not even crank after button start almost every time and takes 4-5 attempts(this is probably due to weak battery). these problems were reported during free servicings, but still persist.
On the plus side, bike is good looking. Sitting posture (I am 5’8’’) is good. Low speed pick up is good. and it does not lack in handling.
The reason for me to buy a gearless scooter was that my wife can use it. Interestingly she finds it a bit too heavy (she is 5’4’’). Maybe a lighter scooter like scooty pep could have been better for her.
Considering all factors, low mileage and viibration are the problems that keep me from being happy about my dio which is otherwise a fine bike.
