By getting the good reviews of the vehicle I booked Honda Shine with Fortune Motors Pvt Ltd which I got the vehicle in 1 month and have to pay the entire amount 1 week before the delivery, after making so much efforts I was shocked with the experience with the showroom. No one respond to customer even we stand in front of them. I personally observed bad response even though from their Managers.
Having good response and huge demand for the vehicle doesnt mean that the dealers shall behave with the customers like anything.
When I went for the first service at 10.30 AM to the service center at Ranigunj, I was shocked to know that we have to bring the vehicle before 10.00 AM only which is hard and fast rule for them. Even I requested them to book the vehicle for servicing and can give the vehicle next day which was refused by saying that we dont have much place to keep the vehicle.
All should think about this that the HONDA Company are getting such a huge demand for their vehicles and giving them advance payment 7-10 days before the delivery, the dealers have not good behavior and no sufficient place for vehicles at service centers. Then why people are demanding for such vehicle, when the other 2 wheeler competitors are giving good service.
