This is the first review apart from 4 wheeler. If you are a working professional/ sales personal and looking for a reliable bike.you want to keep it for 6-9 yrs then don’t look back. Go for Honda unicorn.i have been using it since 5 years and not even a single breakdown and not even major accident because of the bike.
Honda’s are meant for producing such bikes and they will rock the Indian two wheeler market soon.there is no worthy competition to talk about in this segment. The exception is Suzuki gs150r.
I was using bajaj ct100 when i started my sales career. Bought bajaj keeping the mileage in mind.sooner when unicorn was launched grabbed one by exchanging. It gives me 45-50 kmpl in city condition. Traveled and did go for long ride 700 km to 800 km for kemmannugundi, a hil station near chikamangalore and mysore and tested the limits of the bike with speed handling(traveled at 105 kmph b/w blre mysore highway and reached blre from mysore in 1.3 hrs).
Never said no to my driving habits and always asking me to do more.now i am looking for an upgrade to 200-250 cc vehicle since Honda is planning to launch something in that segment. I am sure that will also live to Honda’s name. I am getting calls from sulekha for a purchase in the second hand market. The second market Honda vehicles always command the pricing.
So it’s worth to talk about the product for pages together.my suggestion is go for it.
