I am an owner of unicorn frm feb-2012. From the first day I bought my bike I face problem with its engine.The problem is that it is difficult to pull it above 60+kmph and excessive vibration above 65kmph.i think it is some speed limitation set by its the manufacturer. I tell this problem to them in the 1st service and they told me that it is due to the problem with the cam, they told that they will replace it in the nxt service. But in the next service they told me to service bike in a main service center.
The main service center repairs my bike and they solve the problem.but after one week the same problem happens again after that I issue a complaint to honda by e mail and they call me for the enquiry. I am tell about the problem and honda calls the service manager then Service manager calls me and told please bring ur bike tomorrow and we will repair it and solve the problems permanently.i give my bike to them for 1 week for a detailed study after 1 week they return my bike and problem is solved. But after 3 days old problem again happened.
The same situation repeats in the next 2 services also.After that I give my bike another service center & they repair it.But the problem doesn’t solves. Still the problem doesn’t solved and my mood is completely off, thinking about my bike. My bike now completed 1 yr and 5 months.
Feeling sad!
