I was prepared and I advice you also to be prepared for the worst, and you will not feel that bad in the end!(I know, I kind of made the most generic statement which can be applied to any movie! But. spare me yaar!)
6(I guess) couples on their honey moon to Goa from Mumbai in a bus, seems far fetched but honestly I do not deny the possibility. All the couples have unique problem which is hilarious and realistic at times and that makes the movie watchable.
Cast performance wise, I think is brilliant. except Amisha trying to be chirpy at times felt annoying and did not feel natural for her. Abhay & Minisha did perfect justice to their plastic roles(In fact this could be because acting plastic equals to not acting and anynot so good actor can pull it easily. as the same way I feel about the macho heroes doingONLY serious rolescos I guess it is the easiest way to act/not act depending on the perspective. I used to think about Abhishek this way but I guess he is maturing or I am getting used to. err. enough of this my opinions on acting)
The part I liked the best is the message that is conveyed by the couple Abhay and Minisha and when the message opens up I was in splits!(I will not spoil it for you guys!)
Bomman and Shabana are very good. especially the simple conversations they have is very enjoyable! Sadhya Mridul is also good and even her role truly depicts any metro women.
Diya and Arjun are the only ones truly wasted in the movie.Forgot to mention the gay angle in the movie. I guess now the awareness is growing up and is perceived as one of the many issues that needs some attention(or is it the in-thing in movies? Many questions. few answers!)
Overall, the movie will not disappoint you if you underplay expectations and sure will have good fun!
