It’s a good organization to work, I would suggest this as a heaven but the scope of growth in technical aspects
would decrease day by day. The management is more interested in people with good functional knowledge.
People with poor communication skills and less technical knowledge can survive by dominating other team members.
It may not be in all the projects but it is happening in the major revenue project.
