I have purchased a few dresses for our little sister. I uses to shop here for every two months. But I had been through worse experiences. Now, I would like to share a few of them.
It used to take around two to three weeks to delivery the dress we had ordered. They always say that it is yet on that way and will be delivered soon. Expected delivery time surely varies with the actual delivery time.
Shipping charges used to be very high. So I was forbidden to buy less costly dresses.
The PIN code where I dwell, was never qualified. So I had to put nearest area’s PIN code.
Cash on delivery was not available almost all the times.
Whenever I got spurious products, I used to call customer care immediately. But they didn’t use to lift the calls. I can say, customer service wasn’t to the expectations.
So I would not like to suggest this shopping website.
