Absolutely pathetic service. No accountability of delivery, don’t have any process, system etc. I paid online as we had to send gift. These buggers are not bothered to deliver at all, rather sending me fake mails that my order has been delivered.
No one bothers to call back & tell you correct status.they dont even pick up the phone .the dont have guds to talk.i will not use the site again and I prefer others to use other websites
