I have made several purchases from hopscotch.in . But every purchase gave me different experience.
First time I came to know about hopscotch.in through Facebook . Hopscotch ad was there with a tag line . " register & get Rs 1100" . I got attracted with this line(we all look for free stuff he he). It’s a welcome bonus offered by hopscotch.in where you will get Rs 400 off on first purchase, 350 on second and 350 on third. And the good part is . Offer is apllicable on discounted products too . Double bonanza.
First issue ., I used some other coupon of Rs 600 off while my first purchase which cancelled my first Rs 400 off coupon . And when I called customer care they said nothing can happen . I have to order again for second purchase coupon I.e. 350
Second issue. I ordered my gal’s first birthday dress . It was of Wenchoice ., got a great deal and the dress was really awesome soft stuff and beautiful dress. But when I ordered the dress the size mentioned was 0-2 small.and when I received the dress in real it was for 0-1 year only,
Third issue. I ordered toffyhouse multicoulour bodysuit in pre order. As per website it take 4-6 weeks but my order took complete 3 months to come.
Fourth issue. I ordered naturelle romper medium size for my gal as per the measurements mentioned in the size chart, but when I received the actual piece . It was very small.
They don’t refund the amount paid for the item, they refund money after deducting the discount( which they give) . And I don’t understand the concept when somebody has not purchased the product how he is liable to pay non received discount.
Overall it’s a nice website to purchase international brand at low price.
