I brought hostgator India back in the days when Hostgator use to redirect users to Hostgator India for Indians. I wasted more than Rs5000 on my purchase. It took me a week to figure out why my Cpanel was different than those I see on the Internet. I figured it was not Cpanel at all. I never figrue out how to get a refund, so I asked them on support emails. But I never got any replies.
Hostgator.com is good and acceptable but Hostgator India is complete crap. If you buy hosting, make sure you are on hostgator.com not hostgator.in.
