Worst technical support team

When a ticket raised by the user, tech team will promptly respond and the answer to all the issues with 2 answers.

Answer 1. ’we checked from our end and it’s working good, so please check from your side’. They won’t guide how to check from our side...

Answer 2. The problem is with Google need to wait untill it’s resolved and it may take 2 to 3 weeks, some times it may take a month or 2 to resolve.

I don’t understand the real issue, and I can’t wait weeks to resolve the issue.
