question 4- comment on the ambience . answer not good with this hotel, comment on music . answer is very rudly and old song not like this music. comment on staff appeal and speed of service . answer not good very bad customer service.
question 5- are reservations necessary. answer . I m not going in this hotel for very bad customer service.
