I booked the hotel ginger from internet booking because of its convenient location and and name of tata. But after reaching hotel experience was not good.i reached the hotel as per my programme at reception there was not even welcome cold water was available at they delayed me at least half an hour. The reception center was nothing but working like an govt office.
They say it is a self service hotel not even drinking water was available at reception.but I was surprised to see in some rooms, room service was available on others it was not easy to understand how it is self service hotel.
As I was with my children I have to go to search for milk for my children outside hotel because the menu of burger and pizza was available on my room and milk was available from restaurant after 10 am.how the hotel takes care of their guest I dont know when hospitality is nil. At least a hotel should have some service not the room service .my self hotelier was very much annoyed by the service of the hotel.only plus was neat and clean rooms.
