This hotel is ISO certified so we decided to stay in this hotel when we went to this ancient city’s tour.
Room was too small and even bathrooms also was not comfortable in size but we still choose this hotel because of an ISO ranking.
Staff charged us extra for carrying our luggage to the second floor which is normally provided free in other hotels.
We ordered food which provided by the restaurant on same floor as our hotel so both of them tied up but the quality of food was very poor and the difference between ordering and serving of the food was near about one and half hour.
I don’t understand how this ISO certificate given to anyone? It surely raise the question on the authenticity of this certifications.
