Hotel are the friend of ours journey. So I have book a room, in the Hotel Heritage.I book it 500 rupee per night, but when we use the room totaly disappointed.One single bed, small room but room is so dirty, full of garbage. They doesn’t clean it clearly. Then complain to the manager but they are so late.Then come to the bed it’s looks used before and left it on that condition, no new bed sheet is available.Even in toilet, there nothing to say more, it’s totally dirty, can’t use it. They haven’t clean it.We order a food for night, it’s tools 150 per plate but give low quality food.And haven’t any modern facilities.So totaly Weaste of money. And poor service they are provided us. So don’t stay here. You will be totally disappointed.Thank you
