Hotel Imperial9( Mcleod ganj) Room no 206( premium room) It was worst staying in any hotel in my entire life.we stayed here for 2 days30/5/2018 and 31/5/2018. 100% payment(including extra bedding) was taken on arrival. No light was there in the toilet even after complaint no response. Toilet door remains alway open as its lock was not working.Curtain rode fell on the eye of one of my family member when she was trying to open the window as room was suffocated and her eye got badly hurt. No one attanded the phone at room service and when we went ourself to the hotel kitchen, hotel staff refused to provide ice for eye pack.All curtain rodes were loosely hanging and they can fall anytime if you try to open any window . Moreover TV in the room was provided such that you can’t watch it from the bed. Water provided by the hotel for bathing and brushing teeth was black and dusty.When we did the complaint the hotel management says that keep water running for 20 min then you will get the clean water to bath. But it remains durty even then after wasting so much of water for an hour.When we ask for regular water for drinking then they brought bislery(which will be charged to the customer only)because there was not any drinking water available in the hotel. I never suggest any person to stay in this hotel as it is total waste of money staying in Imperial9 hotel of Mcleod ganj.
