Guys on 2nd march 2018 I went to kurukshetra to attend a marriage and I booked a room in hotel kimaya. I paid rs3500 for 2 days. Well hotel is good looking from outside but you will feel regretful after entering into the hotel. When I entered the hotel, sweeper was cleaning the floor but still everything felt unhygienic in the hotel. Room was also not cleaned, I have to wait for about 15minutes for getting it cleaned. I used the room service and ordered some snacks, prepration of snacks was not good and also they were not cooked properly. Waiter who brought my order was also illmanered. He didn’t treated me well. My experience was not too good here. Thats why I am rating this hotel only 1 star.
